Who we are
Our Resilience Hub staff are trained mental health professionals with extensive experience of working with people who have experienced traumatic and distressing events. Our team works with individuals as well as teams to develop and promote resilience.
The Humber, Coast and Vale Resilience Hub is funded and supported by NHS England and the Humber, Coast and Vale Care Partnership. Our service is delivered by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, NAViGO and City Health Care Partnership as part of a collaborative partnership. Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust
Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust provide mental health and learning disability services across most of North Yorkshire, County Durham and Darlington and Teesside.
The Trust was created in April 2006, following the merger of County Durham and Darlington Priority Services NHS Trust and Tees and North East Yorkshire NHS Trust. In July 2008 it achieved Foundation Trust status under the NHS Act 2006
The Trust took over the contract to provide mental health and learning disability services to cover most of North Yorkshire in 2011 and extended its services to The Vale of York in 2015.
TEWV has over 6,500 staff and an annual operating income of over £300 million. Services are delivered by working in partnership with local authorities and clinical commissioning groups, a wide range of other providers including voluntary organisations and the private sector, as well as service users, their carers and the public.
NAViGO are an award-winning social enterprise who provide mental health services to the NHS and beyond across North East Lincolnshire.
NAViGO offer a range of mental health services, including acute and community facilities – as well as specialist support such as older adult’s inpatient services; rehabilitation and recovery; community mental health; and an outstanding specialist eating disorder facility.
City Health Care Partnership
City Health Care Partnership provide a wide range of high quality, safe health and care services in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, Wigan and St Helens. The partnership is a co-owned ‘for better profit’ organisation, investing profits into our services, colleagues and the communities in which they work.
They provide over 50 diverse services in community settings, from health visiting to palliative care, school nursing to stroke services and many more and employ over 2000 people.
Humber, Coast and Vale Care Partnership
The Humber, Coast and Vale Care Partnership is a collaboration of NHS organisations, local councils and other health and care partners, taking collective responsibility for managing resources, delivering effective health and care services and improving the health and wellbeing of the population it serves.
